Tours and Travel Services
Once a tour or package has been confirmed and payment has been made, cancellations will be governed by the following terms:
Cancellations by the client

Up to 15 days before the service date: 100% refund* (less administrative fees and non-refundable third-party fees). Secure and Reliable Return 2025

Between 14 and 7 days before: 50% refund (less administrative fees and non-refundable third-party fees). Secure and Reliable Return 2025

Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.
Cancellations by the company
If we cancel a service due to weather conditions, operational issues, or insufficient group, the following will be offered:

Full refund, or

Rescheduling of service, or

Credit voucher valid for future use.
2. Products (Souvenirs, Clothing, etc.)

Requirements for return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation) is required.

Perishable, personalized, or sale items are non-refundable.
